clen4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where we detect bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent restrictions, providing false information during registration, or any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at our sole discretion.
All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of clen4d and the respective sports governing bodies. Bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant authority. In the event of a match postponement, bets typically remain valid for 48 hours; bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned. Live betting odds are subject to change in real-time based on match developments. We reserve the right to void bets placed with obvious pricing errors or where we suspect manipulation or insider information. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless clen4d, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms & Conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the platform using your account credentials.

By using clen4d services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of clen4d to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Indonesian law or by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. In such cases, the parties agree to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
